Lace Street

A stones throw from the Nottingham Queens Medical Centre, Lace Street was another Create Thirty Eight interior design project for Patroclus Ltd. (Also see St James’s street and Derby Road in the Create Thirty Eight portfolio). Aimed at students and young professionals we kept the colour palette neutral with pops of blues and terracotta’s.

We especially loved the light and airy communal area, aided by bifold doors and velux windows. The best bit was being on site when some of the new tenants came to view the property and hearing them fighting over which rooms they could have!
