My recent Create 38 collaboration, on the Montpelier Road project,  showcases exactly that – a striking interior design scheme that reflects both creativity and practicality for a shared living space.

This property was designed with a dark, sophisticated colour palette, creating a bold yet welcoming atmosphere. The carefully considered tones add depth and character to every room, giving the home a modern edge without compromising comfort.

As specialists in HMO design standards in the UK, we know how to make the most of space while meeting compliance requirements. At Montpelier Road, we introduced smaller double beds in key rooms – a smart design choice that maximised floor space, improved flow, and ensured tenants still enjoy comfort within a stylish environment.

Working within a defined budget, we focused on sourcing materials and finishes that deliver both style and durability. Every detail – from hard-wearing flooring to thoughtfully selected furnishings – was chosen to withstand the demands of a busy shared property while still achieving a high-end finish.
