Plot Design collaborates with another interior designer (Emma & Co) as Create Thirty Eight. We believe student accommodation should do more than just serve a function — it should inspire. With the Rolleston Drive interiors, completed in July 2025, we set out to challenge expectations and redefine what modern student living can be.
This was not about fitting into the mold of typical student digs. Instead, Rolleston Drive is a confident departure from the ordinary — a stylish, thoughtful interior that brings together form, function, and individuality in every detail.
The brief was simple: create interiors that feel aspirational, personal, and far beyond what students typically expect. We responded with a layered design that blends minimalism with warmth, sophistication with comfort, and practicality with personality.
Rolleston Drive was crafted with a deep understanding of today’s students — design-aware, digitally connected, and seeking more from where they live. The result is a boutique-style student residence that wouldn’t feel out of place in a design magazine.
Whether it’s the cosy communal lounge, thoughtfully zoned bedrooms, or stylish kitchen spaces, every corner of this project embodies our commitment to designing better interiors for better living.
